  Constructive criticism from a waitress who used to work here once upon a time.
  The service needs to improve - the wait staff is inexperienced & slow, two things nobody wants when it comes to their food order.
  First of all, the waiter took up a whole order pad taking our order because he didn't use short forms (mush for mushrooms, tom for tomato, etc) which led to the final order being crammed at the bottom - which also led to my mother's order being "missed" altogether.
  I asked for no meat sauce & got meat sauce.
  I asked for ketchup & didn't get any.
  We didn't get a coffee refill, we had to get up and request one. This place has a large coffee-goer patronage so this is particularly important.
  The panzorottis have also greatly decreased in size - I ordered my husband a large and got what used to be a small, in fact what I ordered as a small from here a few weeks ago was the same size as the large we received today.
  Not to mention when we brought my mother's missed meal up, they were hardly apologetic, although they did give us my husband's two iced teas free (hardly compensation for waiting an hour and getting no food).
  Overall displeased with the way this place has changed. If they want to stay open unlike the owners before them who made a lot of the same mistakes, they need to fix this. They're seemingly friendly people - I just wonder if this is their first time owning a business.
  Business ownership is not a forgiving profession, so it's best to work on these issues quickly and completely.
  I'm sad to say I won't be recommending this place anymore.

  Finnish pancakes, yummy! As a Dutchie I miss the European style pancake (not fluffy, more flavour), so this was a treat! My hubby's omelet was great too!

  Great food reasonable prices! Was here last year and enjoyed it just as much today. Friendly & reasonably fast service, good food. Loved the Finnish pancakes!

  Decent food for a quick grab. I wouldn't classify it as 'gourmet' or 'artesian', or ''craft', but at least it was home-made (not off of a frozen food service truck).
